The United Nations Development Program (UNDP) issues human development reports for all 189 countries of the world. History:- Pakistani economist Mahbub-Ul-Haq developed the concept of human development by his colleague Indian economist Amartya Sen.  It is released annually by the United Nations Development Program (UNDP) since 1990. Basis factors:- Human development index is prepared by including 3 points: - 1. Health (it is assessed on the basis of life expectancy). 2.   The Constitution was Legally Enforced on 26 January, 1950. It is kept in the main chamber hall in Supreme Court, New Delhi. Here are some unknown facts:- 1.                   Farmers' Protest Arrangement in the Constitution: -  Article 19 (3) in the constitution empowers citizens to organize peacefully without arms, participate in public meetings and perform.  This freedom can only be used on public lands without arms.   Restrictions: -  This system is not meant for violence, disorder, wrong organization and breach of public peace.  The government may also impose restrictions on the basis of India's unity, integrity, public order and traffic control.
