Human Development Index report-2020 by UNDP..👍

The United Nations Development Program (UNDP) issues human development reports for all 189 countries of the world. History:- Pakistani economist Mahbub-Ul-Haq developed the concept of human development by his colleague Indian economist Amartya Sen.  It is released annually by the United Nations Development Program (UNDP) since 1990. Basis factors:- Human development index is prepared by including 3 points: - 1. Health (it is assessed on the basis of life expectancy). 2. Education (it is assessed on the basis of expected and mean years of schooling). 3. Living (it is assessed on the basis of per capita income) Classification: - All countries are classified into 4 types in terms of human development. 1. Very high human development. 2. High Human Development. 3. Medium Human Development.  (This includes India) 4. Low human development. Unknown facts of our Constitution, important for competition

  The Constitution was Legally Enforced on 26 January, 1950. It is kept in the main chamber hall in Supreme Court, New Delhi. Here are some unknown facts:- 1. Prem Narayan Rayjada was calligrapher who wrote the Constitution. 2. Great Painter, Nandlal Bose and Manihar Sinha painted on every page of the Constitution as - Ashok Lott, Ram Lakshmana Sita, Shri Krishna, Guru Gobind Singh, Buddha, Kamal, Ganga, Laxmibai, Tipu Sultan, Akbar, Harappan Carpets, Nataraja Aakriti, Havan Rishi, etc. at Kala Bhawan, Shanti Niketan. 3. There are 22 pictures which are on 22 parts of the Constitution. 4. The Constitution was first published in Dehradun. Our Constitution was written in both English and Hindi but its English version is valid. 5. Can the government stop this farmers' protest/demonstration?

                  Farmers' Protest Arrangement in the Constitution: -  Article 19 (3) in the constitution empowers citizens to organize peacefully without arms, participate in public meetings and perform.  This freedom can only be used on public lands without arms.   Restrictions: -  This system is not meant for violence, disorder, wrong organization and breach of public peace.  The government may also impose restrictions on the basis of India's unity, integrity, public order and traffic control. Restrictions by Hon'ble Court:- The court can hold this protest under   basis of following points:- 1. Threat of an interruption. 2. Danger to human life. 3. Health and safety. 4. Disruption of public life.  5. Danger of inciting a riot.
